Brunch
The brunch is a meal consisting of the components "breakfast" and "lunch." The word brunch comes from the English language and consists of breakfast ("breakfast") and lunch ("lunch"). Our brunch starts on Sunday at 10.30 am with a glass of sparkling wine (included in the price) in our new HEDWIG ROOM (breakfast room).
The brunch selection ranges from fresh bread rolls, bread, croissants with jams, honey, cheese and sausage, as well as a fish platter to various cereals and fresh fruit. The warm component at breakfast consists of egg dishes and fried bacon.
In the "Lunch" part, there is always a balanced mix of hot dishes: usually two different soups, two to three kinds of meat, as well as vegetables and side dishes. Also a salad buffet invites you to feast. The drinks are included until 11:30 in the price. These drinks are coffee and tea, fresh milk, mineral water, as well as fruit juices. Everything consumed after 11.30h will be charged.
For all Leckermäulchen there is the culmination of a small dessert, which is served to you.
